Course Overview and Objectives
Course Overview:
The videos in this course follow a step by step process, which is based in the science of change.
You will be empowered, supported, and have the knowledge to effectively reduce your children's screen time and transform their play.
Your children will be engaging in more creative, clever play instead of watching screens.
You will have support from a private facebook group as you go through the course. Habits take a while to break and I want to make sure you are supported throughout this time.
