Fitting your own meaningful activities in amongst the busy day-to-day life of being a Mum needn't be hard.

Being intentional about planning them in is very rewarding and will pay off.

Incorporating them into your existing habits and routines is an extremely successful way to make sure you carve out some more 'ME' time.
