The important thing is that this goal is specific to YOU and your family! It's not about me telling you "you should only be watching X amount per day". YOU know the evidence now, YOU know your family best, and so YOU are in charge of your own goal.

This way it's your's to OWN and work towards!

The objective of this video is: 
  1. You will understand the format and components of a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timeframe).
  2. You will have written your own family's SMART Screen Time Goal to work towards.
