The journey of reducing your kids screen time is not an easy one; believe me, I've been through it myself.

Looking after yourself during this time is important. That's why I've included this step. Because without YOU; the process falls over.

While this step is not entirely necessary for you to look into in your journey to less screen time, our own mental health as Mama's is so important and being intentional about looking after yours is so incredibly helpful. That's why I've included it as a bonus. I do see it as being a helpful thing to address in your journey.

In this step we talk about what YOU need to fill your cup during this time. We go over ways you can ask for support and ways you can get what you need to still feel amped for this process without getting burnt out.

After completing this you will hopefully feel encouraged and refreshed for the journey to less screens!
